Divided into four groups of ten, the employees went through a three-hour workshop aimed at fostering sustainability within the Faber Group and their entities. Trainee Days 2023: Trainees from PAKi and vPOOL learn, laugh and network together

During our “Trainee Days 2023”, our young colleagues took the opportunity to expand their skills and learn, laugh, cook, and network together. Over two days in April, apprentices from different divisions of the Faber Group took the opportunity to meet. This year, the PAKi trainees were guests at our vPOOL headquarters in Wörnitz. The organization was carried out by Nadja Watzke, a trainer and Customer Service Support Expert, together with the active trainees from vPOOL.

The givve® card and the „Voluntary Commitment“ of vPOOL employees

The givve card has been available at vPOOL since October 2020. And no, it's not a spelling mistake: the givve card is a voucher card that is used as a collection card of no-cash bonuses for employees. The activities completed are entered by the employees themselves, like with any bonus booklet. Then when a full bonus booklet is returned to HR, a grant is loaded onto the givve card. This, in turn, can then be redeemed like any gift voucher at various points of acceptance.

Tandem model at vPOOL

Since the end of March 2023, a new and extremely successful working model has been established within vPOOL: tandem pairing between key account managers from the sales team and employees from Customer Service Support. This fixed division of the customer structure means that one employee from each of the two teams of office and field staff works permanently with a defined customer pool. The result of this collaboration is remarkable: Our customers now always have a personal contact person, which improves communication and allows processes to be viewed and optimized more precisely.
